My work blends somatic coaching, somatic yoga, Ayurveda, nervous system awareness, and real-world strategy. Because transformation has to live in your body before it can show up in your life.

These journeys are part of a movement. They are designed so you can do them on your own or in a group. Private members can attend a monthly live somatic experience and a group discussion at the conclusion of each journey to reflect on and integrate the work we did.
